Job description:
- Full generalist role managing full employee lifecycle.
- Developing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Supporting business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Assessing training needs to apply and monitor training programs & budgets
- Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Recording and advising External Payroll of adjustments.
- Monitoring & recording absence statistics.
- Supporting Managers in the recruitment and selection process.
- Reporting HR metrics to management.
- Supporting Managers to follow the probation and disciplinary processors.
- Supporting the on-boarding process for new employees.
The Successful Applicant:
- Initiative, self-starter approach, and strong communications skills
- Proven working experience in the Human Resources field.
- People-oriented, team player.
- Strong IT skills.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- Ability to support external staff in the field as required.
- Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills
- Be prepared to work at the Chesterfield site Mon-Thurs 8.30-5pm and Friday 8.30-4pm. 37.5 hours per week
