Christmas Opening Hours

Please note, our office hours over the festive period are:

  • 24th December – 8:30am to 12:00 noon
  • Our Installer Care and Technical departments will then be closed until 8:30am on 2nd January.
  • Our Homeowner Care first line response team will be open as usual Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm (except for Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day) for any urgent homeowner questions.

If you are a homeowner and wish to speak to us here at NIBE please give us a call on 0330 311 2201 - option one or email us at customer.services@nibe.co.uk.

Our first line team will aim to assist you with any queries you are having over the phone. If you need further assistance you'll be passed through to our second-line team who will call you back within two hours of your initial phone call. We aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours of receipt.
