If you are a homeowner and wish to speak to us here at NIBE please give us a call on 0330 311 2201 - option one or email us at homeowner.care@nibe.co.uk.

Our first line team will aim to assist you with any queries you are having over the phone. If you need further assistance you'll be passed through to our second-line team who will call you back within two hours of your initial phone call. We aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours of receipt.
