National Partnerships Manager

Job Title: National Partnerships Manager

Location: Remote, UK

The Role

This role will be responsible for establishing, converting and maintaining partnerships in key channels of NIBE’s long-term growth strategy

The person will be responsible for developing NIBE as the brand of choice for social housing providers, combined authorities, local area authorities and energy companies in the UK, gaining NIBE product specifications within the defined customer segments, cultivating long term relationships and a broad network of contacts. The successful candidate will work alongside Regional Sales Managers to actively manage projects through the specification and tender process to fulfilment.

What will you do?

  • Be the person to lead the new division
  • Create and execute the channel strategy alongside NIBE Sales Director and Managing Director
  • Uncover and understanding decarbonisation strategy, funding and timelines for defined targets
  • Create a pipeline of projects that will cascade down to the regional teams to follow through and work alongside
  • Represent NIBE at relevant industry events and bodies (HPA, SEA, NESTA, Carbon Trust etc.)
  • Secure framework agreements securing a long term pipeline for NIBE
  • Manage and grow existing accounts and drive new business through agreed channels.
  • Maintain and develop a continuous pipeline of specified projects
  • Meet and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets and set KPIs
  • Maintain comprehensive records within the company CRM system
  • Carrying out CPD presentations and attend exhibitions when required

What will you bring?

  • Degree level qualification in relevant engineering or building services discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a B2B business sales role
  • Experience of managing and leading people
  • Good contacts and relationships within the relevant market sectors
  • Strong knowledge of relevant product technologies
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office systems and CRM packages
  • Full UK Driving Licence
