Part L Regulation Changes - June 2023

On the 15th June 2023, The Amendment Regulations and accompanying Approved Documents L: Volumes 1 and 2 have come into full force. Prior to 15th June 2023, any building work where a building notice or an initial notice has been given to, or full plans deposited with, a local authority would not be impacted by the Part L Regulations. From 15th June 2023 onwards any building work that takes place will have to comply with Part L Regulations, moving the industry closer to Net Zero.
