Heat Pump Repairs

Sometimes things don't go to plan and components can not work as they should. If this has happened to you we've got a few options to help.


Option One

In the first instance we recommend you call our dedicated homeowner care line at 0330 311 2201, option 1. Some alarm codes and smaller problems can be resolved over the phone and our team will assist you where they can.

Option Two

Speak to the installer who originally installed and commissioned the heat pump. They might be able to come out and help you. If you're not sure who your installer was then get in touch with us at customer.services@nibe.co.uk and we can assist.

Option Three

Get in touch with one of our Approved Repair Partners, who will be able to come out and assist.

Our Approved Repair partners are all comprehensively trained by us to service, repair and maintain NIBE heat pumps. We have a network of partners across the country who can help you in the case of a breakdown.
