What is FlexiServ?

FlexiServ is a flexible way to pay for your annual service. It allows you to spread the cost, interest free and at a reduced rate, across the year. Under its new name, the plan offers services for heat pumps both in and out of warranty, which can be carried out all year round by a NIBE trained engineer.

Why do I need to get my heat pump serviced?

Annual servicing ensures your system runs smoothly and efficiently. If there are any issues these can be spotted early. Annual servicing can also increase the lifespan of the heat pump.

Why should I have my heat pump serviced by NIBE?

Choosing NIBE, as the manufacturer of your heat pump, to service your system, means that you have ultimate peace of mind that you are in safe hands. NIBE has been manufacturing and maintaining heat pumps for over 40 years, so we know what we’re doing!

When will my service be due?

It doesn’t matter which month you have your service, as long as it is done once a year. This will maintain your warranty if you’re still in warranty, and will ensure your system is running smoothly and efficiently.

What will happen at my service?

We will contact you on the day of your service and give you an estimated time of arrival for our Service Engineer. When they arrive they will carry out a comprehensive 37-point check on your system, which will be emailed to you. Any faults will be included in the report.

What happens if my heat pump breaks down?

In the first instance you can call our dedicated first-line homeowner helpline on 0330 311 2201, option 1. They can help troubleshoot and diagnose a range of basic issues. If they are unable to help, you can find a list of our approved partners on our website.

If they are unable to help, NIBE have been busy expanding our network of trained approved partners across the country. The cost of this is not included in the payments for FlexiServ, which cover your annual service only, so you would deal directly with the local approved partners.

What if I want NIBE to repair my heat pump?

Due to the fact we are focusing on annual servicing, we have increased our number of approved partners across the UK, who are all trained by NIBE and are fully supported by our Technical support helpdesk.

I want to cancel my service plan, can I do this over the phone?

In order to keep an accurate record, we require you to cancel in writing by either email customer.services@nibe.co.uk or by post:

Yes, of course. Simply get in touch with our team via email at customer.services@nibe.co.uk and we'll arrange payment for the year.
