The NIBE Pro scheme provides a structured route to MCS accreditation, including a Level 3 heat pump qualification, product specific training on NIBE’s industry leading heat pumps and support in becoming MCS certified.
With MCS accreditation necessary to help consumers access the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS), installers will open-up greater market opportunities by meeting its criteria. With NIBE’s support, this needn’t be a daunting task.
Understanding Exhaust Air Heat Pump Technology

EAHPs provide an excellent solution for flats and densely packed inner-city properties where Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHPs) may not be suitable. NIBE is a leader in the field of EAHPs – this technology was first conceived by the company in 1981.
Using internal air from a property to create heating and hot water, EAHPs require no outside unit so building aesthetics are not compromised and there are no noise issues to contend with – a crucial feature for flats and apartments.
